Rallying on

The junior varsity tennis team starts their season and looks forward to growing together.

Compared to last year’s team of 14, this year’s JV tennis team boasts 25 players. Some joined the team to enjoy a spring hobby while others joined to learn a sport that they can continue playing throughout their lives.

Tennis hasn’t always been an interest of Anderson, but they joined it for fun this year. "I joined the team because I didn't want to do track and I thought 'oh I should join the tennis team,'" Anderson said. They feel that the most unique part of the team is the relationship they have with each other. "I feel like we are all pretty close," Anderson said.
